RepQuest turns real training data into AI-generated quests — not templates, not the same five badges everyone else gets. Every workout writes the next chapter.
No two players get the same story, because no two people train the same way.
Track a workout — auto-synced from Apple Health or Health Connect if you've got one connected, or logged manually in seconds (run, strength, cycle, yoga, swim, or anything else).
Earn XP, level up, and watch your character's title evolve — Novice Wanderer to Legendary Hero.
Get a fresh AI-generated quest that reacts to your real pattern — a duration trending up, three of the same session in a row, your very first workout ever.
Spend Reward Points on cosmetic skins that re-theme your whole character — or redeem them for a real reward (see below).
This isn't marketing copy — this is an actual quest RepQuest generated from a real workout history. Every workout earns real XP and RP on its own; the story is just how it's told back to you.
Current Quest
"Your legs have proven they can outrun the shadows three times in a row, each run longer and fiercer than the last. Now the road ahead calls for discipline: hold a steady pace for 28 minutes, taming the urge to sprint so you can prove you can rule the distance as well as the speed."
That last session alone: 45 XP and a Stamina Sigil unlocked.
RP is earned from real workouts. From there, you choose the path — spend it, redeem it, or give it away.
Re-theme your whole character. Always free — just spend the RP you've earned.

Where RepQuest actually fits, on the spectrum from brand-new to elite.
RepQuest assumes you already know you should train — it's not a habit-building crash course.
If you already have a coach and a race plan, RepQuest isn't trying to replace that.
People who want to be consistent and need a reason that isn't just guilt.
Form a small Fellowship with 2-5 real friends. Their workouts weave into your own quest text as light narrative flavor — never a leaderboard, never a "who did more" comparison.
Create or join with a simple invite code. You control who's in your Fellowship.
See a light mention of your Fellowship's recent activity woven into your own quests — never a scoreboard.
Fellows see only "logged a workout," never your full history or personal details.
The questions people actually ask before trying RepQuest.
As far as we know, RepQuest is the first fitness app that turns your actual training data into a freshly AI-generated quest — not a template, and not a fixed list of five badges everyone unlocks the same way. Every quest reacts to your real pattern: a duration trending up, three of the same session in a row, your very first workout ever. No two players get the same story.
No. RepQuest works fully with manual logging. If you connect Apple Health or Google Health Connect, workouts sync automatically — but it's optional, and you can revoke access anytime from your device Settings and fall back to logging manually.
Yes. Leveling up, quests, and cosmetic skins are all earned through real workouts — no subscription required. The only optional extras (a real coupon or a community charity donation) are funded by a single short ad from the advertiser, never by you.
A small group you form with real friends. You can see each other's recent activity as light narrative flavor in your own quests — it's never a leaderboard or a "who did more" comparison. Only the members of your own Fellowship can see your activity, and only at the level of "logged a workout," not your full history or personal details.
No, on any tier. Ads are based on general, non-health data only — see the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
XP and RP are earned purely from the workout itself — duration and intensity. The quest text is narrative flavor describing that pattern back to you; it's never a requirement you have to complete to get credit for training.
